YMCA

Why You’ll Love It:  A fun atmosphere!  Classes are usually Mondays & Tuesdays at 9am, and Wednesdays at 5:30pm. Also Sundays they do Beer Yoga inside the Brewery at 11:00am.

Prenatal Yoga with Hannah

Why You’ll Love It: Hannah hosts prenatal yoga for all trimesters, but everyone is welcome (pregnant or not) and there’s no experience necessary. Classes are held the first and third Saturdays of each month from 8am-8:45am.
